Kathmandu, Nepal – Lumbini Lions have officially announced the retention of six key players, including marquee player Rohit Kumar Paudel, ahead of Nepal Premier League (NPL) Season 2. The team is aiming for a stronger performance this season, building on the core group that has proven its value in previous campaigns.

Along with Rohit, the franchise has retained Vivek Yadav, Sandeep Jora, Dinesh Adhikari, Tilak Raj Bhandari, and Abhishek Gautam. Meanwhile, Surya Tamang, Arjun Saud, Durgesh Gupta, Ashutosh Ghiriya, Bikash Agri, and Arif Khan have been released from the squad.

In a heartfelt statement, Lumbini Lions Chairman Ishwar GC expressed gratitude to the outgoing players:
