19th Asian Games: Nepal into the semi-finals of canyoning
Kathmandu, In the 19th Asian Games being held in Hangzhou, China, Nepal's Ganesh Gurung has been selected for the semi-final in canyoning.
Gurung made it to the semifinals after his participation in the hits for two stages. As per the provision, 16 players would play the match for the semifinals. Of the 16 players in the first hit, Gurung remained in the 14th position. Eight players were selected for the semifinals from the first hits.
Likewise, in the second hit, Gurung was positioned seventh out of eight competitors. All eight players have been selected for the semifinals from the second round. Of the 16 players, 10 would compete in the final of the canyoning.
