ICC President Greg Barclay to visit Nepal

Kathmandu, International Cricket Council (ICC) Chairman Greg Barclay is scheduled to visit Nepal. According to the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN), Barclay will pay an official visit to Nepal from March 18 to 21.

"This visit is an important step towards strengthening our relationship with the ICC and exploring more opportunities for the development of sports in Nepal.

Barclay is scheduled to arrive in Kathmandu on March 18. After that, he will make an official visit to the Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground and Mulpani Cricket Stadium. During his visit, he will also hold meetings with the Prime Minister, Finance Minister, and Minister for Youth and Sports.

Speaking about his visit to Nepal, ICC President Barc said, "I am happy to visit Nepal to see firsthand the progress made by the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) team. The association has worked to increase participation and advance the popularity and support of the sport in the region. Success stories have already begun to emerge as a selection for the senior men's team for the ICC Men's T20 World Cup to be held in the United States and the West Indies in the coming months.'
