Kathmandu, Jos Buttler, the center of the Rajasthan Royals' batting lineup, required numerous stitches on his left little finger during the team's IPL match against Punjab Kings, and he might miss their match against Delhi Capitals on April 8.

As Buttler was receiving stitches for a small finger injury sustained while taking a catch to get rid of PBKS batter Shahrukh Khan, Ravichandran Ashwin was elevated to the position of opener.

Jos was unhealthy. After the catch, he needed sutures for his finger, the captain Sanju Samson recounted during the post-game awards ceremony.
