LUCKNOW – Rajasthan Royals (RR) put on a clinical performance to defeat Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) by 40 runs in the 32nd match of IPL 2026. Despite playing at their home ground, the Ekana Stadium, Lucknow’s batting lineup crumbled under pressure while chasing a target of 160.

The middle order witnessed a stunning collapse as captain Rishabh Pant, Aiden Markram, and Ayush Badoni were all dismissed for ducks. Nicholas Pooran managed 22, but the team was eventually bundled out for 119 in just 18 overs.

Jofra Archer Leads the Bowling Charge

Rajasthan’s bowlers were relentless, led by the searing pace of Jofra Archer, who dismantled the top order with figures of 3/20 in his four overs. Nandre Burger and Brijesh Sharma also chipped in with two wickets each, effectively sealing the game for the Royals.
