Larnya Sharma to play in Nepal Taekwondo championship
Una, Himachali girl Larnya Sharma will show her talent in the 3rd International Open Taekwondo Championship to be held in Nepal. 16-year-old Larnya Sharma, belonging to Una district, will leave India on September 19 or 20 to participate in the 52 kg weight of junior category.
This international competition is being organized by Nepal Taekwon Association from September 23-25 at Pokhara Stadium. In which Taekwon players from all over the world will participate. Participation of Sharma in this competition is a matter of pride for the state and district Una.
Sharma is a resident of village Ajauli in Una district. Her father is posted as manager in PNB Bank, while mother is a housewife. She is a black belt second degree in Taekwondo and has won many state-level competitions victorious.
Apart from this, Larnya Sharma has played national four times. In the 2019 Korean Culture Cup, Larnya Sharma won the bronze medal. Laranya's father Sudhir Sharma, mother Meenu Sharma and coach have congratulated her for this competition and wished her a bright future.
