Tashkent, Uzbekistan – The Nepali women's national football team is set to kick off its campaign in the AFC Women’s Asian Cup 2026™ Qualifiers with a match against Laos on Sunday, June 29. The Group F encounter will take place in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, with kickoff scheduled for 5:15 PM Nepal time.

Organized by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC), the qualifiers serve as the pathway to the prestigious Women’s Asian Cup 2026, which will be hosted in Australia. Nepal is placed in Group F alongside Laos, Sri Lanka, and host nation Uzbekistan. Only the group winner will advance to the next stage of the tournament.
