KATHMANDU – The Nepali senior women’s national football team is set to participate in a trilateral international friendly series in Indonesia from November 26 to December 2. The All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) confirmed the schedule on Tuesday.

 

The tournament will see Nepal face both the host nation, Indonesia, and Chinese Taipei.

 

The series offers a valuable preparation opportunity for the Nepali women's team. Facing Chinese Taipei, ranked 42nd by FIFA, and Indonesia, ranked 106th, will provide tough competition for Nepal, who currently sit at 89th in the world rankings.

 

The announcement of the friendly series comes as part of ANFA's busy football calendar for the year, which also includes a friendly match against India scheduled for October 26 in Sikkim.
