Nepali Women’s Cricket Squad Selected for Preliminary Camp

Kathmandu – The Nepal women’s national cricket team has announced the players for the preliminary camp ahead of the ICC Women’s Challenge Trophy 2026, scheduled to be held in Rwanda in April.

According to the Cricket Association, 29 players have been selected to participate in the camp.

Selected Players Names:

  • Bindu Rawal, Samjhana Khadka, Pooja Mahato, Indu Verma, Ruby Poddar
  • Rubina Chhetri, Suman Vist, Kavita Joshi, Kavita Kunwar, Riya Sharma
  • Roma Thapa, Anu Kathayat, Manisha Upadhyay, Simana KC, Rajmati Airi
  • Rachana Chaudhary, Soni Pakhrin, Sana Praveen, Khusi Dangol, Sudha Dhami
  • Kiran Kunwar, Laxmi Saud, Alisha Yadav, Trishna Bik, Kusum Godar
  • Sita Ranamagar, Yashoda Vist, Angie Pathak, Rama Budhathoki

The Cricket Association stated that the final squad will be selected based on performance, fitness, and team strategy during the camp. The camp will be held at the Nepal Cricket Association Training Center, with preparations focused on achieving top performance at the Rwanda Challenge Trophy.
