Number of Half-Centuries in Ongoing NPL Reaches 35
Kathmandu, Mangsir 21 — The ongoing Nepal Premier League (NPL) has recorded 35 half-centuries so far. With Sanjay Krishnamurthy of Janakpur Bolts scoring a fifty today, the total number of half-centuries in this season has reached 35.
Sanjay completed his half-century off 37 balls, hitting one four and four sixes against Karnali Yaks on Sunday. This is also his second half-century of the season.
A total of 29 players have contributed to the 35 half-centuries scored this season. Earlier in the tournament, Chitwan Rhinos’ Ravi Bopara had scored three half-centuries, while Pokhara Avengers’ Kushal Bhurtel and Adam Rossington and Karnali Yaks’ Priyank Panchal have scored two each.
