PM CUP CRICKET : The police beat APF by 8 wickets

Kathmandu, Nepal Police Club, defeated APF by 7 wickets. Police Club defeated APF Club by 58 runs in a match held in Bhairahawa on Monday.

Chasing the target of 146 runs set by the Police Club, APF scored only 87 runs in 34 overs. Police bowler Lalit Rajbanshi took five wickets to destroy the APF's batting lineup.

Earlier, batting first, the Police Club scored 145 runs in 41 overs.

Police Club has won four consecutive matches in the ongoing PM Cup and has reached the top position with eight points from four matches. APF suffered its second defeat. APF is in sixth place with four points from four matches.

APF will play their next match against Tribhuvan Army on Tuesday, while Police Club will play against Madhes Province in Mulpani on Wednesday.
