Seven-Day Referee Training Successfully Concluded in Hetauda
Hetauda, Makwanpur— A seven-day referee training program, organized by the Bagmati Province Sports Development Council with technical support from the All Nepal Football Association (ANFA), concluded successfully in Hetauda.
The training saw the participation of 41 individuals, including three women. Throughout the program, participants received in-depth knowledge on refereeing, developed technical skills, and underwent physical training sessions. Technical instruction was provided by trainers Kalpana Sharma, Sachin Amatya, and Rozen Shrestha, while Birendra Bahadur Pandey served as the physical fitness trainer.
During the closing ceremony, Deepak Lama, member secretary of the Bagmati Province Sports Development Council, and board member Amrit Lungba distributed certificates to the participants. The event was attended by trainers, participants, and local sports enthusiasts.
Organizers stated that the training was aimed at enhancing the capacity of provincial-level referees and contributing to the overall development of football. They added that the program was conducted in an effective and impactful manner.
