The film 'Anjila' is being produced, drawing inspiration from the life story of football star Subba

Kathmandu, The movie 'Anjila' has been produced based on the biography of Anjila Tumbapo Subba, the goalkeeper of the Nepali National Women's Football Team. The film is scheduled to be screened on January 11, 2081.

The director of 'Anjila', Milan Chams, shot in the vicinity of Sunday in Ilam, and the actor Subba himself acted in the lead role. Director Chams said that the movie was made because it can be a source of inspiration for the audience and players.

"We need to tell the story of a person who can be a source of inspiration. I am sure that Angela's struggle and success will inspire many; even though it is based on her biography, the presentation is in the style of the  movie," said Director Chams. He informed me that the first exhibition will be held in Britain, Hong Kong, and other places before the public exhibition.

Director Chams, who directed the movie 'Bleed Rocks' on the biography of Srishti KC, who managed to become an inspiration to live the lives of many despite losing both eyes, has prepared Anjila. Along with player Subba, actor Dayahang Rai, actress Miruna Magar, Srijan Subba, Pashupati Rai, Maotse Gurung, Buddhi Tamang, Vijay Baral, Hari Khadka, and others have acted in the movie. The movie is written by Yam Thapa, edited by Milan Shrestha, and directed by Sudeep Baral.
