The friendly matches between Nepal and Myanmar have been confirmed
Kathmandu, On September 8 and 11, the Nepali men's football team will take the field against Myanmar in two friendly games.
The games, which will take place in Yangon during the FIFA window, will be played.
The friendlies will serve as practice for the first round matches of the FIFA World Cup 2026 Qualifiers. On October 12 and 17, respectively, Nepal and Laos will square off.
If Nepal advances to the second round, it would compete in Group H with the UAE, Bahrain, Yemen's victor, and Sri Lanka. Between November 2023 and June 2024, home-and-away matches for the second round will be held.
