The Nepalgunj Marathon has begun
Banke: The 9th edition of the Nepalgunj Marathon has started.
The Nepalgunj Marathon connects the historic city of Nepalgunj with the emerging city of Kohalpur. A total of 30 athletes are taking part in the marathon, according to the founder of the organizer, Creative Hands, TS Thakuri.
The winner of the Nepalgunj Marathon will win a cash prize of 200,000 rupees, while the second and third get 100,000 and 50,000 rupees, respectively.
Along with the marathon, a half marathon, a school-level female-male 10 km and 5 km race, a wheelchair race, and a 'kids run' are also being held.
